Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for shopping at Ukweli Code Solutions. We issue refunds for digital products within 14 days of the original purchase of the product, subject to the conditions outlined below. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital software, full refunds are only considered under specific circumstances:
- The product is fundamentally defective or does not function as described on the product page, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
- The product was not downloaded, accessed, or deployed. We utilize tracking logs to verify if digital goods have been accessed.
- You purchased the wrong license type and immediately contacted us for an upgrade/downgrade adjustment.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We generally do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after downloading or deploying the software.
- You lack the necessary technical expertise to install or operate the software (we offer deployment services separately).
- The software is incompatible with your specific third-party plugins, custom themes, or obsolete server environments not listed in our requirements.
- Custom development services or hours already rendered by our engineering team.
3. Service Cancellations
For subscription-based services (such as our Annual Hosting & Support), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless specifically mandated by law.
4. Impact on Affiliates
If a customer is granted a refund, any affiliate commission associated with that specific order will automatically be marked as "reversed" in the referring partner's dashboard, as commissions are only paid out on finalized, non-refunded sales.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please open a support ticket from your User Dashboard or contact us directly at gablexmachel@yahoo.co.uk. Please include your Order ID and a detailed explanation of the issue.
